The primary focus of the ministry work at The HopeQuest Ministry Group, Inc. is to provide a comprehensive set of ministry programs to assist individuals who struggle with alcohol, substance abuse, or sexual brokenness concerns.
These ministry programs are designed to also offer supportive healing services to other individuals, marriages, and family members who have been negatively impacted by alcohol, substance abuse, or sexual brokenness issues.
It is our desire to see persons delivered from the bondage to sin and discover healing and life transformation through a relationship with Jesus Christ. It is our belief that in Christ, persons have the power that is necessary to overcome the addictive personality and mindset. It is also our belief that because of the work Christ did on the Cross, there is forgiveness for all sin, even the most shameful things.
Ministry programs attempt to influence persons in the realm of their spiritual, mental, and physical selves. This includes:
1. Individual therapy, counseling, discipleship, mentoring, and tailored personal growth strategies.
2. Groups: psycho-educational groups, relapse prevention groups, process groups, accountability groups, and support groups.
3. Peer interaction.
4. Family-like relationships in the residential settings.
5. Chapel and church participation.
6. Work with spouses and children.
